Metamucil Fibre Supplement Orange Smooth 30 Sachets of 30 Servings

How to Use:
For adults and children 12 years and over, simply add one sachet (1 adult dose) to 250 mL of water. Stir briskly and drink promptly. Drink plenty of water. If mixture thickens, add more water and stir.

For new users, start with 1 sachet per day and gradually increase up to 3 sachets per day as necessary.

Should only be used for children on medical advice.

Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol that include 7 grams of soluble fibre from psyllium husk, as in Metamucil products, may lower cholesterol levels. Reductions in cholesterol levels may contribute to reducing the risk of heart disease. Consult a doctor if you are planning to take Metamucil products as part of a cholesterol lowering program.

Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or oesophagus and may cause choking.

Bulk fibre may affect how well other medicines work. If you are taking a prescription medicine by mouth, take this product at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after the prescribed medicine to minimise any effect on drug absorption.

As your body adjusts to increased fibre intake, you may experience changes in bowel habit or minor bloating.

Do not use in cases of medication induced constipation. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. Do not take if you have difficulty in swallowing.

Consult a doctor before using this product,
- if you have a sudden change in bowel habits persisting for 2 weeks or have rectal bleeding and if pregnant or nursing.
- If you experience chest pain, vomiting or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, immediately.
- If constipation persists beyond 7 day. If you are considering use of this medicine as part of a cholesterol or blood sugar maintenance program.

While using this medicine, In case of overdose, seek professional help or contact a Poison Information Centre immediately.

Discontinue use if any discomfort occurs.

Contains Psyllium Husk. May cause an allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium. Phenylketonurics are warned that this product contains phenylalanine. Contains Aspartame.

1. Please note that, all the orders shall be delivered from our warehouse. The orders are usually picked by the delivery person within 1 (one) working day from the date of order placement.
2. It usually takes up to 5 (five) working days within Dhaka City and 10 (ten) working days for countrywide delivery outside Dhaka (postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high-volume periods).
3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the delivery progress. It usually takes 48 (forty-eight) hours for the tracking information to become available. 
4. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@samirahan.com, with your name and order number, and we will get back to you within 72 (seventy-two) hours. 5. In case of any unforeseeable circumstances, if we cannot ship your order against which you already have made a full payment, we shall communicate that to you within 48 (forty-eight) hours and shall make a full refund to you within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
